Fue estupenda la atención de los staffs, recepcionista, meseros, hasta personal de limpieza. El establecimiento está muy bien cuidado, limpio. No sólo adentro de habitación sino afuera también, los jardines muy bonito.

Estacionamiento. No hay. Se estaciona en la calle al frente del hotel que es estrecha. Tal vez hasta ahora no ha pasado nada por lo que dicen que no hay problema. Sólo es que no estoy acostumbrada estacionar mi carro en calle...... Pero esto no afecta a mi evaluación de este hotel.

We had an amazing time at the hacienda, enhanced by a wonderfully friendly & helpful staff. The owners and everyone on staff were so generous and accommodating. Our rooms were comfortable, spacious, quaintly Mexican styled with a modern twist. The meals we ate were phenomenal! The menu was not super extensive but everything we ordered was very fresh and filling. Definitely recommend if you can't get a room at the Hacienda Del Lago, you at least come for a meal in the restaurant. The grounds were luscious & we loved looking at all the plants & unique colorful flowers. Clearly well kept. And the pool was refreshing as well. I can't comment on the spa services and wish we'd had more time to utilize. The proximity to central Ajijic, the malecon & all the shops was very convenient and a quick walk. We truly loved our stay here and don't have a single complaint, would highly recommend to others.

Yes, the bed was like a cloud. We loved every moment of our stay in this small gem. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us. We loved the location as it is very close to the center of Ajijic but also within an easy walking distance of the Malecon.

Well, there is actually no real parking space, but the street is a not highly frequented so we were comfortable to park on the street. Other than that there is no downside to this small hotel. We loved it.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was comfortable, if a little too warm. But it had been unseasonably warm the day I arrived and the room had been closed up with no AC. The food in the restaurant was world class delicious.

When I booked I got one price, $288. Additional charges of $20 US per day for my dog and taxes brought the bill to over $400. I’ve not had that problem with Booking.com before. Why now?

The staff and cleanliness of the property was exelent not much going on in the evening food was very good but no people dining.The pool was lovely always clean towels and attentive staff.Yes I would probably book some time in the future.

The room we had needed up dating and Wiff wasn't up to scratch

The staff was welcoming an friendly! They also went out of their way to fulfill any of your requests. Most spoke English very well. The bed in our room was very comfortable and the little amenities provided very nice (bottled water, bathroom accessories, and bathrobes. We also had a hot tub just outside our room just for our use!

The lighting in our suite was atrocious. All LED and florescent bulbs which couldn't be dimmed. The decor of the suite (Presidential) was very cold (the lights didn't help). One of the beds in our friend's room was comfortable and the other was completely unacceptable. It felt like a 20 year old cheap mattress that had a pillow top thrown on top of it.

Looks good.

Bed was not level, air conditioning was noisey and poor, water pressure was poor. Breakfast was slim pickings. Felt like there was a lot of fluff but no substance.

La comida era buena, el cafe delicioso, el personal sumamente amable, nos tratarón super bien. Es un ambiente como de estar entre amigos.

La cama, era comoda y todo, pero el estilo como de cajón, no nos encanto, sin embargo nada de que preocuparse.

Excelente comida. Estupenda la vista desde la habitación (Suite Laguina). El trato del personal es bastante bueno.

Salia agua abajo de la Tasa. habitación al fondo a la izquierda. no recuerdo el nombre, algo que por cierto la encargada o dueña me recalco que TENIA que aprenderme para cuando sales y regresas muy noche. osea., no basta con decir tu nombre y te busquen en la pc para abrirte el portón, TIENES que aprenderte el nombre de tu habitación.

muy buenas almohadas! el personal muy amable, la seguridad que manejan en el hotel de puertas cerradas, aunque se me hizo un poco raro ya que sentia que pedía permiso para salir del hotel dando explicaciones.

que no tiene estacionamiento, por la zona en la que esta, es una zona complicada de encontrar estacionamiento, me toco estacionarme en una calle que da al lago y si senti un poco de desconfianza por lo oscuro.
